I coach and guide you to understand and work with your body so that you can enjoy life more and handle stress more easily.

How did I get here? I had to go through my own health journey, including having two kids who quickly made it obvious that just ‘feeling fine’ wasn’t going to cut it. I was frustrated that all the health advice was so generic and didn’t take into account that how I felt mentally effected how I felt physically, and vice versa. I decided there had to be more to health than just eat more salads and exercise. Turns out I was right.

Today, I’ve been working one-on-one with people for over 10 years using BodyTalk and health coaching (and anything else I can find) to create better health.

I’ve never met a problem that didn’t need a better question. We spend so much time worrying about what’s wrong with us, anxiously trying to fix ourselves.

What if how we feel is really just information that we need to try to understand better?

What if struggling to eat better and move more has nothing to do with willpower?

What if it can be simpler?

1. I have an Electrical Engineering degree

I worked for over a decade as a Professional Engineer in the power industry. It provided me with some unique skills that I bring into my work as a coach. And yes, it is as nerdy as you think.

2. I have two kids I adore and who drive me bonkers

My favourite son and my favourite daughter are the very best parts of me mixed with the most annoying parts of me and then blended with their Dad to create the most amazing, frustrating, outstanding, stubborn, hilarious, emotional, dramatic, and brilliant individuals I have ever met.

3. I finally became a crazy dog lady

I have wanted a dog my whole life and that dream came true in 2020. Now I spend way too much money buying my dog treats and fun toys and my kids are hella jealous.
